You are required to resubmit your I.D. before your test session can be validated by the proctors. Please check your email (check your junk/spam, as well as your inbox) for a request from the proctoring company Integrity Advocate requesting that you resubmit your I.D. Please follow the instructions in this email or contact us at info@smartserve.ca and we can resend the request to you.
A certificate cannot be issued until we receive and verify your I.D.
