If the course window does not open after you click Launch Course, your browser is likely blocking pop-ups. Our training launches in a new window, so pop-ups must be allowed.
Follow the steps for your device and browser below.
Desktop (Windows or Mac)
Chrome
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Choose Sites can send pop-ups, or add our site under Allowed.
- Reload the page and try launching the course again.
Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari > Preferences/Settings > Websites > Pop-up Windows.
- Next to our site, choose Allow.
- Reload the page and relaunch the course.
iPhone / iPad
Safari
- Open Settings > Safari.
- Turn Block Pop-ups off.
- Return to Safari and try again.
Chrome (iOS)
- Open Chrome > … menu > Settings.
- Go to Content settings or Privacy and security > Pop-ups and redirects.
- Allow pop-ups and relaunch the course.
Android Devices
Chrome (Android)
- Open Chrome > ⋮ menu > Settings.
- Tap Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
- Turn the setting ON, then reload the page.
