It is likely that one of the items in a chapter did not register as completed. To resave your progress:
- Click on the Side Menu Progress bar to open the module.
The Side Menu Progress Bar can be found to the left of the module title (☰)
- Check to see which chapter does not show a solid red circle with a checkmark and click on it.
Go to the right hand scroll bar and slowly scroll down through the content until you see the checkmark appear in the Side Menu Progress Bar.
