It is likely that one of the items in a chapter did not register as completed. To resave your progress:
- Click on the Side Menu Progress bar to open the module.
The Side Menu Progress Bar can be found to the left of the module title (☰)
- Check to see which chapter does not show a solid red circle with a checkmark and click on it.
- Go to the right hand scroll bar and slowly scroll down through the content until you see the checkmark appear in the Side Menu Progress Bar.
