You can create an online account, even if you are already certified.
1. Click "Register" and select "Individual Account"
2. Enter your contact information
3. Check your email for a confirmation/verification (please check your junk/spam or other folders)
4. Login at smartserve.ca
When I am registering, it says an account already exists?
If an account already exists, you can reset your password from the login page. Enter your email and click "Forgot Password".
If an account is found, but you notice it has an outdated email address, that you no longer have access to, please contact our Customer Service Support Team.
