No. There is only one Smart Serve training course. You can purchase course tokens for your staff, and it will not matter if they are recertifying their training or taking the course for the first time.
NOTE: For Individuals looking to recertify, they can take advantage of a reduced price for the online training course, provided they have a valid (not-expired) certificate in their online account. These savings are only available through the Individuals account. They can check the status of their certificate by clicking on the “My Results” tab.
