Try resetting your Organizational account password.
If that doesn’t work, or if you are not receiving the verification email to reset your password, your Organizational account may have become inactive.
On October 25th, 2021, Smart Serve Ontario migrated to a new learning management system (LMS). With this scheduled update, inactive accounts (eg. Organizational accounts without valid Tokens) were removed.
If you would like to purchase Tokens for your students/participants/staff/volunteers please register a NEW Organizational Account.
