If you have an existing online account associated with an email address, please login with your credentials and click into the ‘My Account’ tab. On this page, you can change your name and upload the identification that proves name change (eg. Legal name change document or marriage licence). This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the time of day, and you will receive an email from us once completed.
If you don’t have an online account associated with an email address and your name has changed since you were certified, please visit www.smartserve.ca and register with a brand new ‘individual’ account using your current information. Once registered, please send an email to ‘email@example.com’ and provide us with the legal document that proves your name change. We will then merge your certificate information into your new online account.
