Staff should be able to provide a copy of their Smart Serve eCertificate, which will have the issue and expiry date on it, by downloading a PDF copy from their Individual Online Account at smartserve.ca.
Certificates have an issued date embedded with-in the certificate number. The first 6 digits of a Smart Serve certificate number will indicate the yy-mm-dd of issue.
Example: A certificate number starting with 990501……would indicate that it was issued on May-01-1999.
