You may already be Smart Serve Certified, but you may not have an active Online Account with us. Follow these steps to create your online profile and we will link your current Certification Number to your account.
- Register for an "Individual Account"
- Complete all personal details (please use your current contact information)
- Verify your account (check your email for a confirmation link)
- Go back to smartserve.ca and Login
- Check your "Certification Status"
If you are required to submit a validation request, please be patient and check your email for further instructions from our staff. Sometimes a manual check is required.
