Cross-site tracking may be preventing your payment from going through.
If you are using Safari as your browser, there may be a new default feature that prevents tracking of the websites you visit. This is meant to protect your privacy, but it sometimes prevents access to our payment processor when placing orders.
If you receive the below message, you may need to go into your settings and make an update, before you can proceed with placing the order. OR, you can choose to complete your order on a different device or browser.
**Please note that we recommend that you revert your Cross-Site Tracking to its original state once you have successfully completed your order**
ERROR MESSAGE: “804 "Declined - Entered Information Cannot Be Authenticated"
Safari for Mac:
1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
2. Click the "Safari" menu and choose "Preferences" and then "Privacy"
3. Click prevent Cross-Site Tracking to disable (uncheck) this setting
Safari for Mobile or Tablet:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Safari
3. Privacy & Security
4. Turn the toggle 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' to 'Off'.
